Take part in shaping ecological sustainability - your brainpower for Green ICT!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Research Factory Microelectronics Germany (FMD) has created a platform with the Green ICT @ FMD competence center to sustainably reduce the energy and resource consumption of digital technologies through research and development. A particular focus was placed on promoting young talent who were able to contribute their ideas for greener microelectronics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the Green ICT Camp and the Green ICT Award, we have given students the opportunity to develop innovative approaches and network with experts from research and industry. Both projects have now been successfully completed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We would like to thank all participants for their creative contributions and their commitment to sustainable technologies. There are currently no plans for new offerings for students, but the results and momentum generated by previous projects continue to have an impact on research. The last Green ICT Award will be presented at Green ICT Connect 2025<\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
